Founded in 2021 and located in Northampton, Massachusetts, Transhealth is the only independent, non-profit healthcare organization in the United States devoted solely to serving trans and gender-diverse communities. Serving Massachusetts and the Greater New Enlgand area, Transhealth provides primary care, pediatric care, gender-affirming hormone therapy, mental health care, community support, education, and advocacy. At a time when many clinics and providers are pulling back on care, Transhealth is just getting started, doubling down on their commitment to maintaining and expanding healthcare services for trans and gender-diverse youth and adults. To keep up the fight, they need our support.
